Tamayokucha green tea
Tamayokucha – Extremely Green tea. This incredible Japanese green tea is steamed as it dries, yielding a sweet, light flavor with no bitterness. Like all high quality green teas, this tea brews green not brown. “Tama” means round. (R)yokucha” means green tea. This “gyokoro” style tea is finished in the shade for a few weeks before harvest to preserve the chlorophyll and give it a full and complex flavor.
