Exerstrider poles are the original poles specifically designed to turn walking into total body, core conditioning exercise for people of all ages & abilities. Our new Activator model has a safe, user friendly pop-button locking system which is ideally suited for users who may have insufficient grip strength to safely and securely adjust and lock standard twist-cam locking poles. This model is a favorite of PTs and geriatric exercise professionals. The strapless ergonomic grips feature our hand orthotic design which insures a neutral wrist position is maintained at all times.
