With induction, there are no flames, heating elements or gas emissions and the cooking surface surrounding the pot stays cool to the touch making it an extremely safe portable solution. This versatile indoor/outdoor cooktop is great for entertaining; use it as a stylish, elegant centerpiece on the table, for outdoor parties or in the kitchen as an extra cooking zone.
The portable unit is elegantly designed with a high quality durable Eurokera glass top and stainless steel trim. The touch control digital panel provides users with additional options including a child lock, six power levels with temperatures ranging from 190◦ F to 430◦ F, auto-pan detection, and a 180 minute timer. The cookware used should have a ferromagnetic bottom (one that a magnet will stick to). All Fagor cookware is compatible with Induction. The cooktop is compact in size for easy handling and uses regular household power (110V)
